13 Days Kenya and Tanzania Special Safari 2025 Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive in Nairobi where you are met and transferred to your hotel -Argyle Hotel -where you are booked on B&B.
Meal Plan: B & B
Day 2: Nairobi – Lake Naivasha
Pick up from Nairobi at 8:00AM and drive to Lake Naivassha, enjoy boat ride and walking safari on Crescent Island. After the tour you will drive to your lodge for Lunch. After lunch, relax and enjoy hotel facilities. Dinner and overnight in Naivasha Sopa Lodge or Country club

Day 3: Lake Naivasha-Lake Elementaita – Nakuru National Park
After breakfast leave Naivasha by 7:00AM and drive to Lake Elementaita and enjoy amazing view of thousands of flamingos. After which drive to Lake Nakuru. Arrive for lunch, after lunch enjoy game drives as you enter the park. Dinner and overnight at L.Nakuru Lodge or Sopa Lodge.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru-Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Reserve (Masai Walk and Masai Cultural village tour)
After breakfast enjoy game drives in Lake Nakuru up to midday. After lunch drive to Maasai Mara arriving for dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or Pride Inn Mara camp

Masai village and walk from 5:00PM to 6:00PM

Day 5: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Full day enjoy hot air balloon ride over Masai Mara with champagne breakfast in the bush. After breakfast, you will enjoy the days game drives.

Day 6: Maasai Mara-Isebania Border-Serengeti Game Reserve – Isebania
Early breakfast, leave the lodge by 6:30AM and with picnic lunch boxes depart for Isebania the Tanzania/Kenya border point. After the customs and immigration formalities proceed to Serengeti to arrive for an evening game drive.
Dinner and overnight at Sound of Silence Lodge or Moyo Tented Camp

Approximated Transit Distance: 4-hour to Isebanin Border

Day 7: Serengeti South – Reserve – Migration – Calving South of Serengeti Ndutu
After breakfast collect lunch boxes and depart for full day game drives in Southern Serengeti Ndutu area enjoy calving season for the wildebeest migration and return to your camp in the evening.
All meals and overnight at: Tented Lodge or similar.
Game drives from: 8:00AM to 6:00PM

Day 8: Serengeti South – Reserve – Migration – Calving South of Serengeti Ndutu
After breakfast collect lunch boxes and depart for full day game drives in Southern Serengeti Ndutu area enjoy calving season for the wildebeest migration and return to your camp in the evening.
All meals and overnight at: Tented lodge or similar.
Game drives from: 8:00AM to 6:00PM

Day 9: Serengeti South – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Have breakfast and with packed lunch depart for Ngorongoro where on arrival you will descend into the carter and spend the rest of the day exploring. In the evening ascend back and proceed to your lodge for check in.
Dinner and overnight at: Farm House or Mawe Mawe tented lodge.
Game drives from: 10:00AM to 4:00PM

Day 10: Ngorongoro-Tarangire National Park – Arusha
After breakfast and with packed lunch depart for full day game drives in Tarangire until sunset and proceed to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Arusha Kibo Palace or Mt Meru Hotel

Day 11: Arusha – Namanga Border – Amboseli National Park (Tanzania-Kenya Border crossing)
After an early breakfast and with packed lunch transfer to the Namanga border point where you will be met and depart for Amboseli to arrive for an afternoon game drive until sunset and proceed to your lodge for check in and freshen up for dinner. Dinner and overnight at -Amboseli Sopa Lodge.

Day 12: Amboseli National Park
Full day in Amboseli an excellent view of Mt. Kilimanjaro and with morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 12: 13: Amboseli-Nairobi
Early morning game drive. After breakfast and with packed lunch depart for Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi and enjoy a city of Nairobi including a visit to National Museum, Giraffe Center and Kazuri Beads. Farewell dinner will be at at Carnivore Restaurant.
